Most people are looking for leadership, they are looking for someone with confidence to lead them.
Seemingly someone who looks like they know what they are doing.
Someone who has things figured out and can possibly help guide them as well.
A person to offer a wise word or a tidbit of advice that can be life-changing.
I searched most of my life to find that person and was never successful in doing so.
Instead I decided to create that person in myself.
Confidence is belief in self.
Usually it is created by doing, living, experiencing, and accomplishing.
It can come from praise from others as well, but that can often build a false sense of confidence.
The best form of confidence is built from overcoming and achieving.
This way when we face new obstacles we can reflect on our previous experiences and know that we can accomplish any task set before us.
