If we want to change our lives for the better we have to adopt good habits and be consistent with them.
It’s that simple.
It’s not easy, but it’s simple.
But it’s also not that difficult.
The best way to this is to sit down and write out a list of daily/weekly habits we want to adopt into our lifestyle.
Then we should write down the reason why we think it will improve our lives.
We can then add a new positive habit every month or replace an old bad habit with a new good one.
When practiced consistently, these good habits become part of our regular routine and eventually become part of our lifestyle.
This means that over time they seamlessly meld into our daily lifestyles and our positive habits begin to run on auto-pilot.
When this happens we no longer have to use much energy or brain power to continue them because it becomes routine for us.
Gradually over time our lifestyle will consist of beneficial habits that compound on one another allowing us to become the self-actualizedAccording to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, self-actualization is the highest level of psychological development. This level allows a person to reach their full personal potential, and live a rich and rewarding life. More version of ourselves.
